Our office is open from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, for impound releases.

An invoice and information sheet will be sent to the registered owner within 7 days of the vehicle being impounded.

When collecting your vehicle please bring in one form of photo ID (New Zealand Drivers Licence or Passport.) If you do not have approved photo ID, please arrange for a letter signed by a Justice of the Peace and bring this along with you. Please note: we are unable to release a vehicle without ID that meets the New Zealand Police requirements.

The vehicle will only be released to the registered owner.

If ownership has changed whilst the vehicle is impounded, we must hear from the owner at the time of impoundment to confirm this, prior to the vehicle being collected.

Your vehicle will not be released until payment has been received in full. We accept payment via EFTPOS, Cash, Direct Debit, Credit Card & Afterpay (no cheques.)
